E-Kinerja is the official application of the Luwu Regency BKPSDM which is intended for employees of the Luwu Regency Government. This application serves as an alternative to the existing Web-based E-Kinerja. With this application, employees can more easily report weekly activities and SKP realization. In addition, there are performance statistics & employee attendance along with SKP assessment points which can later be used as a reference for the amount of TPP receipts.
