Bridge Schedule

The lay out of the bridge times is horrible and difficult to read especially when underway. The times don't match the actual schedule.

So basically While we're driving an 30 thousand pound death machine in heavy current they want us to play around with apps in a dangerous river. rather than just answering the radio and telling us if they're open or closed. All the while telling us that they don't control the bridge and someone from Jacksonville? Does. . So what exactly do The bridge operators actually do ?
