The clinic is closed and the heat in the sky? The child complains of abdominal pain in the middle of the night? A strange rash appeared? Clalit's excellent family doctor, children and dermatologist are available to you online, without leaving home.
The service is intended for Clalit customers only.
What does the service offer?
Consultation and initial guidance conversation with doctors who have been trained to give medical advice in remote medicine (telemedicine).
The consultation is done with family doctors, pediatricians and dermatologists.
What are the hours of operation?
Active child and family service non-stop - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Active skin service on Sundays to Thursdays from 08:00 in the morning until midnight and on Fridays from 08:00 in the morning until 13:00.
How to use the service?
1. Download the app.
2. For your family doctor, leave your details in the following form: https://clalit.femi.com/clalit-familywebapp/WorkingTimeDetails.aspx
3. For your pediatrician, leave your details in the following form: https://clalit.femi.com/ChildrenForm/WorkingTimeDetails.aspx
4. For your dermatologist leave your details in the following form: https://clalit.femi.com/clalit-skinwebapp/WorkingTimeDetails.aspx
Terms of service:
- The service does not replace the clinic and is not an emergency medical center.
Referrals can be received to all emergency rooms in the country, but they are not valid for emergency medical centers, except for the emergency medical centers of Clalit Rishonim, Clalit Carmel and Clalit Zevulun (starting at 19:00 only).
Prescriptions are received by e-mail or fax.
- The service at a skin center is conditional on uploading three photos of the area about which the insured wants to consult. Without uploading photos you can not get advice. The advice will be given within 2 business days.
- The doctors in the service are on-duty doctors who specialize in family medicine, pediatrics and dermatology. They alternate between shifts and are not exposed to the patient's medical history. Therefore, the field of service is limited to providing emergency referrals and prescriptions that are not chronic or narcotic.
- At the end of each consultation, a documentation of the summary of the visit will be sent to you, which will also appear in your medical file in Clalit.
- Before the call, the patient's ID number must be prepared.
