How is the consultation done with the expert?
1. Send a request for a call on this form - We will get back to you for the appointment. After the call is scheduled, reminder messages will be sent that include guidelines and a link to the DocTalk queue - as well as a reminder phone call.
2. Submit the commitment form (e-mail form) elmed@tlvmc.gov.il
(Without Form 17, the service is paid at the Department of Health's doctor's check rate).
3. The online consultation call by phone or laptop is a secure video call, during which the expert can refer medical documents and ask all the questions.
4. At the end of the consultation, a medical summary letter will await you in your personal file on the Ichilov website.
