How to Read?
- Put the optics on a flat surface.
- Hold your Smart Device as shown in the figure next to the optical form.
- Keep the 4 squares in the corners of the optical form within the 4 squares on the screen. (the edges will be red in the squares)

If you get a test not found error, your application may be out of date or a scratch on the "Test No" section.
