The burden of cardiovascular disease is increasing so rapidly in Africa that it has become a public health problem.
Exposure to various modifiable risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity and smoking is by far the most important.
Consequently, I propose to the population
- screening for cardiovascular diseases followed by treatment.
- A surveillance system focused on risk factors.
We have a modern clinic with a technical platform and qualified staff.
