App is so easy too use, delivery is usually sooner than estimated. So far the food has been delicious. I have one issue (maybe the user) one of us doesn't like battered chips. I have ordered plain chips in the past they came battered. I now type into the any specific cooking instructions. Is it possible to maybe make it clear plain chips are just that. I know the they are very busy and this is such a nit picky thing Thank you

Had an order arrive today from tasty plaice and my food was cold and chips tasted like they were stale as though they had been standing the chicken burger wasn't what I thought it would be so I won't be buying again has the food was trebbile and it's expensive enough not to throw away
