This application is a quick tool that allows you to get the final amount to pay when purchasing any product and importing it to Argentina, taking into account all the applicable taxes.
Note that both the app and the developer aren't related to Correo Argentino. This is just a personal project I hope you find useful.
When calculating the taxes in the app, you can take into account:
- The cost of importing a package with the "Puerta a Puerta" method, including the "Tasa de Gestión del Correo Argentino".
- The collection of IVA ("Impuesto al Valor Agregado") at the time of purchase.
- The collection of the "PAIS" tax.
- The collection of the tax stipulated in the "Régimen General 5232/2022"
The values can be entered in both USD (American dollar) and in ARS (Argentine peso), and the currency exchange can be set manually or also, by default, the app retrieves it automatically from the website of the "Banco de la Nación Argentina".
All the resulting values when calculating are shown detailedly in both currencies.
Furthermore, the app allows you to save and manage the calculated purchases, to see the information related to them in the future if desired. They can be sorted by purchase number, name, original price or final price, both in USD and ARS in the last two cases.
