If you use the O-Key Smart app to generate O-Key codes, the Fideuram app, via the Generate O-Key button, will send the O-key codes via push notification for each operation and transaction, identified by amount and beneficiary , thus ensuring even greater online security. The O-Key code is valid for 30 seconds, after which it will be necessary to return to the Fideuram app to receive a new notification.
For the correct operation of the service, the Fideuram app and the O-Key Smart app must be installed on the same smartphone and it is necessary to delete all the possible copies of the O-Key Smart app downloaded on other devices.
It is also necessary to activate notifications for the O-Key Smart app from the phone settings.
If the smartphone is offline, and therefore it is not possible to receive push notifications, the O-Key code will be sent via SMS to the certified mobile phone.
