THE FATIGUE AND LONG COVID APP
The Fimo App is the app for Multiple Sclerosis, ME/CFS and Long Covid sufferers. One app for several clinical pictures - adapted to the different focal points.
Patients who suffer from fatigue such as Long Covid, MS and ME/CFS sufferers often face significantly more challenges in everyday life than non-affected people. The Fimo app helps you change that. It was developed by leading doctors and researchers specifically for fatigue but also for other symptoms. Our app combines knowledge from various scientific studies on fatigue, PEM and other symptoms (such as pain) with scientific tests and helpful exercises. This overall package helps you to make your everyday life more plannable.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Measurement of influencing factors with the smartphone and a smart watch or a fitness tracker (connection to all common wearables soon possible)
- Courses lasting several weeks with tips & exercises on mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, pacing and much more.
- Scientific Tests & Questionnaires
- Doctor report: Share your data with your doctors (currently only available to a limited extent for a few devices, update will follow soon)
- Medication reminder: Never forget to take your medication again
THE DIARY
With the Fimo app you can not only record your symptoms, your mood and your cognitive abilities, but also better understand the connection between these and various environmental influences. If you want, you can connect the app to your smartwatch to achieve even better tracking of your influencing factors - this helps you plan your everyday life better and thus deal better with your symptoms. You can also create a doctor report and share your data directly with your doctors.
You have the option of saving appointments (such as doctor's appointments) in the app, creating reminders for taking medication or even scheduling scientific tests.
PROGRAMS FOR YOUR WELL-BEING
In the Fimo app you will find various training, breathing and mindfulness programs. Our training programs are based on current scientific studies and approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as on recommendations from leading doctors in the MS and Long Covid area. In the app you will find the right exercises for every level of difficulty and different ailments!
The Fimo App is certified as a medical product, is data protection compliant according to the GDPR regulation and our servers are located in Germany.
