The vcare4u Mobile App's core objective is to enable Organizations transition back safely to work in their office premises.after the pandemic. The Mobile app will maintain the employee data with respect to their age, BMI, health risk factors, travel history, information about family members etc. and determine the risk exposure for each employee. It will accordingly provide an insight to the employers and employees and help them assess the right time and conditions in which the employees can be back to work safely from the office. The Employers can conduct regular employee surveys to understand employee views, concerns and suggestions. Also, organizations will be able to clearly lay out workplace guidelines for their staff to access, read and comply.
