CepTest application is a device test application. The device tests performed with the application ensure that your device is in a suitable condition for insurance guarantees.
In order to ensure the activation of the insurance coverage, you must download the application to the device to be insured and complete the device verification and tests within 48 hours by logging in using the policy number shared with you. It is important for communication to be provided in case you need to enter the mobile phone number you use in the device to be insured in the desired field at the application entrance.
After downloading the Ceptest application and logging in with the shared policy number, your device's IMEI number and the policy number will be automatically matched, so your approval request (s) are required by the application.
At the last stage of the tests, it is expected that the photos of the front and back of the device will be taken and uploaded to the application with the help of a mirror. For this reason, we recommend you to make sure that you are in a mirror environment near you before starting the tests. We remind you that the unique number on the screen should be visible in test photo uploads with the mirror and the device photos should be taken in a frame on the screen. In case of uploading a photo with insufficient sharpness for checking, you may be asked to upload a photo again.
During the tests, the activation process will be completed and the policies will be forwarded via SMS link for devices that appear to have no problem in condition. In case the tests are not completed within the specified time or if a problem is detected in the tests, the cancellation process will be initiated and the necessary information will be provided by SMS.
