About FK Napredak

Football club Napredak in Krusevac was founded on 8 December 1946 by the merger of three existing local clubs - 14 October, Badza and Zakića.

The first official game was played club in January 1947 against team of Macedonia. The score became 1: 1, and the first goal in the club's history by Marko Valok (pictured), later a player of Partizan Belgrade. 1949 Progress team becomes champion of Serbia and ensures participation in the First Federal League. At the end of the premiere season in the First Federal League club finishes in last place and moved to then-IV zone. From season 1958/59 Progress compete in the Second Federal League.

30 May 1976 Progress again provides a place in the elite ranking, thanks to the victory over the work of 8: 2. Then the 4 goals for the progress achieved later Napredak coach Jovica Skoro, three scores and one Ćuslović Jakovljevic. This season for Progress played Vladimir Milosavljević, Zoran Simovic Jovan Djordjevic, younger Radovanovic, Petar Tripković, Dragan Tomic, Kosta Radovanovic Milo Nikinović, Dragisa Ilic, Milorad Jovanović, Jovica Skoro, Pavle Jevtić, Dragisa Šuslović, Dusan Pesic, Milomir Jakovljevic Bratislav Milicevic Predrag drum, Dragan and Nebojsa Čarapić Karamarković. Coach was Dragan Bojovic. The team for the coming season reinforce Dusan Cosic, Dragoljub Kostic, Zoran Vuletic and Milenko Rajkovic. In the first division team led by Vladica Popović, but the progress already after one season back in the lower division.

Progress is instantly returned to the First Division next season and in season 1978/79 it ensures the survival thanks to a draw in the last round in Tuzla (Sloboda - Napredak 0: 0). This season Progress in Belgrade at the JNA beat Partizan team 3: 0. In this match played Simović Momirović, Pešterac (Vuletić), Hristovski, Babic, Karamarković Jakovljević, Jovanovic (Pešić), Tomic, and Komljenović Tripković.

In the 1979/80 season the club achieved the greatest success in its history under the leadership of coach Tom Kaloperovic - a place in the UEFA Cup. In the first round opponent was the team Dynamo Dresden, it turns out an insurmountable obstacle for our team. Both matches were given the Germans the score 1: 0 and Progress finished the competition in Europe. Matches against Dinamo played: Dragan Eric, Pešterac, Jasarevic, Karamarković, Juričko, Tupajić, ÄŒop, Jovanović, Kostic and Panic, a head coach was Milenko Mihic.

Progress during the nineties was on the border between the first and second division.

In the 1999/2000 season recorded the biggest success on the domestic scene - a place in the finals of the Yugoslav Cup. The finals were all falling Sloga Kraljevo, Parish, Work, Mogren, Zeleznik and Zemun, in a final duel in Belgrade, Red Star defeated Napredak with 4: 0. Finals are played: Krnjinac, Atanasković, Antić, Krstić, Mijatović, Zajic, Vidojević, Dragnjevic, Stefanović, Kojičić and Filipovic.

Domestic Cup finals in progress provided by playing in the UEFA Cup in 2000. In predkolu overcome the Tulevik Estonia (5: 1 in Krusevac, 1: 1 away) to the first round followed by the elimination of the team OFI Crete (0: 0 at home, 0: 6 away).

Since 2007, Napredak game in Super League Serbia until 2010 and since 2010 he has been performing in the First League of Serbia.

Since the beginning of 2012 the management of the club takes Marko Miskovic, a successful businessman with his team of collaborators with a desire to return to the Super League club, but also on the European scene, where progress belongs.
