My booking fails because of 'an error' which occured. I rebook. They charge me for both, and now I still have to argue, after sending clear screenshots(!!!) for them to give me my money back?! NOT VERY TRUSTWORTHY!

In the app it is not possible to pay with paypal, and website is malfunctioning when you need to pay. Terrible.
