The Flowing Arts Academy is the common training location of the two clubs SAMPA BJJ Austria and HAMMERS MMA Austria. The SAMPA BJJ Academy offers Brazil Jiu Jitsu with and without kimono (Nogi / Luta Livre). These two main scraping disciplines are complemented by judo and submission wrestling training. At HAMMERS MMA Austria you can learn mixed martial arts. This martial art consists of several disciplines such as: boxing, Thai boxing, wrestling, BJJ. Both clubs offer together a basic course for BJJ and MMA, which is intended for beginners. The twice-weekly training teaches the basics and differences, before being deepened in intermediate training. If you want to choose one of these two disciplines, you have the opportunity to deepen the discipline several times a week.
The offer of the Flowing Arts is not only interesting for teenagers and adults, but can already be learned by children in a playful way. For this purpose, own children's units are offered for BJJ. We offer child training for 8+ year olds twice a week. As well as once a week for 4+ year olds. Our main focus is on teaching the sportmortoric basics, fall school, self-assertion, basic martial arts, discipline, no-say-learning and social interaction with peers.
Our coaching team consists of the two main trainers for BJJ - Prof. Martin Guggi and MMA coach Andre Walberer, who want to pass on their passion for sports to like - minded people. Our judo, submission wrestling and child trainer have completed a sports education or study like everyone else.
30 days free introductory training is designed to give newcomers the opportunity to not only look at a single unit, but to be able to spend a whole month training. Get to know the trainers and convince themselves of the friendly atmosphere. If you would like to become a member of the Flowing Arts, you can choose from several price offers for children (family discount), students, hours or adults.
