Why does the app require my phone number, email, and full name before even checking whether the service is available at my location? It would make much more sense to first ask for a ZIP code or address, confirm service availability, and only then prompt users to create an account. Requiring full sign-up upfront feels unnecessary and frustrating, especially if the service isn’t supported in the user’s area.
