The FESMA, (Festival La Marmite) is an international culinary and gastronomic festival intended to promote African flavors and traditions, through the promotion of local products and the culinary arts.
Called THE POT in reference to the utensil used for centuries to prepare meals in sub-Saharan Africa, the Festival aims to bring together, for a week, amateurs, professionals, officials, institutions and the public, the public, around the enhancement of African gastronomic heritage. It is a question of informing, gathering, federating around African flavors, by promoting local products, an expression of traditional values.
