About Contaminantes de los Mangos

"Training is an important part of a company's food safety program. This Training App is brought to you by the National Mango Board and focuses on the three types of contaminants that pose a risk to mangos. Mango industry employees will learn how mangoes can be contaminated by physical, chemical, and biological contaminants, as well as the practices they must follow to prevent and control these hazards.
Each Mango Food Safety Training App includes interactive activities, videos, and quizzes to ensure employees are engaged throughout the course. At the end of each application, there is a questionnaire with multiple choice questions or an activity to verify that the employee has correctly learned the information presented in the App.
