Discloser is a reminder application that provides support forms for those who fulfill their obligation to disclose information on Vietnam's stock market: Listed public companies, unlisted public companies, insiders, people related, major shareholders of the issuer…. In order to support these objects in managing and implementing the meaning of disclosing information properly and effectively according to the provisions of law, avoiding unnecessary violations.
Features of this app are as follows:
• Update news, new legal regulations related to obligations of public companies and other related subjects on Vietnam stock market;
• Synthesize and announce periodic information disclosure obligations in accordance with the upcoming law to help users proactively monitor, manage and implement.
• Easily change the Type of Business to adjust the content of the Information Disclosure corresponding to each subject.
• Helping users to build a route in accordance with the regulations for the respective common jobs:
o Issuing organization: roadmap to organize the General Meeting of Shareholders;
o Insiders and related persons: stipulating the roadmap for announcement and reporting on stock trading of the Issuer;
o Major shareholders: regulations on the reporting of stock trading results.
• Providing, updating the forms in accordance with the current legal regulations for the purpose of using in the information disclosure process corresponding to each subject.
