What is Talentoteca?
We are the University-Enterprise Foundation.
A private nonprofit organization.
Our Board is composed of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid, by CEIM and seventeen universities with campuses in Madrid.
We represent:
510,000 companies.
415,000 students and graduates.
We are a benchmark in relations between academia and industry and we address all challenges offered by these two worlds.
Our lines of action are based on four pillars:

With this adaptation work and research, the University-Enterprise Foundation has turned 40 and serving as a pioneer in the policies of employment in ways that universities and companies protagonists of any kind.
Our challenge is "Horizon 50" to keep doing what we do best: DEEP LINKING.
LINKING DEEP is listen, understand and propose solutions; Deep linking is to make possible connections between those who have value to contribute, University and Enterprise.
We took 40 years of history, uniting talent, and we are convinced that the world will be better if knowledge and training are connected with companies symbiotically, ie, connecting the macro to the micro and micro to macro.
Thus it was born TALENTOTECA, an initiative of the University-Enterprise Foundation that aims to:
1 deeplinking:
Serve as a link between the world of the University and Company.
2 OPTIMIZE THE TIME OF OUR COMPANIES:
Our team specializes in effectively managing the incorporation of young talent in companies.
3 MANAGE TALENT:
To ensure that our candidates take every opportunity to get started in the working world, through programs of Practice appropriate to their profile.
4 COST REDUCTIONS:
So that our companies do not spend unnecessary time to perform management procedures associated with the incorporation of young trainees.
