Logging workouts is effortless. Simply select an exercise from the comprehensive library or create a custom movement, enter weight, sets, and reps, and the app calculates your estimated one-rep max. That value is immediately run through our ranking algorithm to update your position. Over time, you’ll see your progress on intuitive charts that show strength gains, one-rep-max trends, and consistency in your favorite lifts. Each chart can be filtered by date range, exercise type, or body-weight category, so you know exactly how much you’ve improved and what still needs work.
Behind the numbers, there’s a vibrant social layer. Follow friends to see their latest lifts, share your own updates, and leave encouragement. When someone tops a lift you’ve recorded, you’ll receive a notification so you can go one step further next time.
