Office automation is now becoming very important to support the productivity and mobility of individuals and organizations. The Surakarta city government now uses office automation, one of which is the Paperless Office.
The Paperless Office in the Surakarta City Government adopts paperless documents and correspondence that can be directly known by the Office and its staff.
For this reason, the Solo E-Office application was present to support the productivity of the Surakarta City Government in terms of sending documents and correspondence.
This application has features:
- Sending invitation letters / documents / memos within the scope of the organization / service
- Sending letters / documents outside the scope of the organization / service
- Selected users can provide dispositions directly through the application
- Receiving incoming letters / documents / memos either from one scope of service or outside the office
This application is internal to the Surakarta City government. And only selected users can have access.
