배리어(Barrier)

Kane Area Biel in all regions are covered with snow and strong snowstorm.
But areas where people can hardly live, Kane is one of a small village inhabited in Biel.
The reason that people can not live in the village, thanks barrier.
The barrier prevents giving all but invisible to the eye, a strong snowstorm and cold snap.
