Ultimate TicTacToe can be considered as a two-level Tic-Tac-Toe or a recursive Tic-Tac-Toe. Each field contains a small Tic-Tac-Toe board yielding a 9x9 board.
In order to win the game, you have to win three inner boards in a row.
You may only play in the small board that corresponds to the last field your opponent played. When you are sent to a small board that is already decided, you can choose freely.
