Design Flex Pro: Quickly, easily, and accurately design industrial synchronous or V-belt drive systems that fit your specific design parameters, so you can determine every potential belt drive solution for your specific application without wasting any time or money. The Design Flex Pro module can also determine proper installation tension, calculate belt pull, and estimate the energy and cost savings of replacing a roller chain with a Gates synchronous belt drive.
Facility Management: Allows you to keep track of all your drives in a facility so you can receive notifications for routine maintenance and quickly see what drives need your attention. You can also see information like, when it was installed, what the install tension was, and the drive design details. You can also make changes or updates to a drive, invite co-workers, or add your distributor contact to the facility.
Sonic Tension Meter: Measure the tension of your belt drive from your phone.
RPM Meter: Uses your phones flash to act as a strobe to help determine the RPM of a running drive.
