Thanks to the NFC scan, the GeMa Companion user can use the RFID chips installed on the equipment to directly identify a device. Or, if your settings allow it, it can search for a device according to its type, its label or in the device tree.
If the specific information feed is installed on your GeMa application, the GeMa Companion user will be able to generate an information feed comprising a photo and a comment which will be accessible directly in GeMa. This will allow you to note requests from your customers or to follow anomalies on equipment directly from the field.
