Choose your warning subscription at the right level
Protect Me issues warnings in three possible levels: "moderate", "elevated", "high". You can choose from which level you want to be warned. For storm warnings, for example, this means that you will be warned with the "moderate" level from wind speeds of 63 km/h and with "high" only from 118 km/h.
It depends on the weather data
Protect Me alerts are not based on traditional weather data. We source them from the weather experts at Meteologix. The company has a close-knit network of weather stations and radars as well as exceptional expertise in processing complex radar data and can therefore make particularly precise statements about the weather situation.
Please note that we create the weather warnings based on available weather data as non-binding forecasts for potential danger spots. Information about the future or current weather can naturally only show a certain probability and offer no guarantee for correctness and completeness.
