We welcome you to this virtual space created within the framework of the "Special cocoa and derivatives project; code 108112", of the CBI of the Netherlands, and which was designed and developed by a team of academics and researchers from the Faculty of Food Industries of La Molina National Agrarian University - Peru. It is an application for sensory evaluation aimed at the training of tasters, tasting contests and exposure of the quality of cocoa and chocolate that producers, processors and marketers make known to the world.
