Ashley Nowe is a certified prenatal and postnatal corrective exercise specialist, and a mom of 3 (including twins). After her own struggle with diastasis recti, Ashley dedicated her life to helping women heal. She has helped thousands of women heal their bodies and feel stronger mentally and physically.

amazing! If you're a mom looing to get stronger and overall healthier. this app is for you. Ashley built a community within this app to support and inform moms on their journey to better health. From exercise to nutrition to sleep tips. It is love, fun, and support in an app.
