The sign up verification process is broken. After signing in, it asks me to check my email for a verification. So I go to my email app to check for the code, but when I go back to this app, the verification has been canceled and it's asking me to sign in again.

Ive had mine for a couple years now, I rarely have an issue with it. Connecting the device to the app can be challenging if the brightness setting is off and you need to reconnect it as you need to hold the screen for 10 seconds.
