I’m a clinical psychologist who has spent many years researching and helping others overcome their struggle with unwanted pornography viewing. This app is based on principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which is one of the only research supported approaches for reducing unwanted pornography viewing. This app is a comprehensive online self-directed program that is based on ACT principles and resembles the same approach I would use if I were working with an individual in therapy.
