Exp is Low Drop is Low Crystal farming is Low MVP Mini HP high and drop rate is LOW Cross Server match making is not Working Dungeons are too over power

It was fun. Fun that I decided to support buy purchasing packs. But then, I had an issue with my purchase (did not receive double gems) and when reported, it is as if the system is designed to not be able to make a ticket. Very poor support! Edit: Response was "please continue contacting us", I did, do not bother I uninstalled this game.
