If during the absence of the Internet, it seemed to particular people that they are the only ones without support and like-minded people, now, in the age of information technologies, social problems are being raised and solved at the highest level. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, the presence of hearing-impaired and deaf-and-dumb people is common, every day our team meets citizens with this peculiarity, because the idea of creating an application with which both parties can understand each other, and most importantly, communicate with ease, caught fire in our minds. The program, which in a matter of seconds translates direct speech into text, which is divided by punctuation marks and understandable to the reader, also reads written for the speed of communication. A person with hearing problems and a person without them will be able to talk without any obstacles. Our application has 5 screenshots: speech recognition, in which you can select functions like “translate” and “delete”, as well as by clicking the button with the name of the program you can go to screen 3, where you can hear what is written or read what is said with the help of a microphone. The remaining two screens tell about the program and the developers themselves. A distinctive feature of other programs is bilingual. We created the first program in the Kazakh and Russian languages, especially for the citizens of our country, since such applications were not observed. The hearing-impaired part of the population of Kazakhstan feels forgotten, since knowing only the Kazakh language, they do not fall into the group of people for whom many such applications are created. The design of the program will be convenient for all users, a large and prominent font, pleasant colors to the eyes, a special design, as well as users will understand as much as possible how everything is arranged, which is a huge plus, because the application will be used not only by advanced youth, but also by the adult population which needs a detailed explanation. Our program clearly and accurately recognizes the speech, and also clearly makes the written text out loud, which means the absence of errors in the conversation and any unpleasant moments in the setting.
The name of the program speaks for itself: Tyndap Turmyn, I hear you, I understand you, I realize.
