please assist I don't know if I am a fake app, the previous app I used I December was nice, I saw update, I updated now they told me to put password, sent otp, which i did, I am unable to navigate the app.

Good morning GIG team. Please ensure your vehicles are properly serviced before carrying passengers, as safety should always come first. Drivers should also complete trips to the exact destinations booked; if I book Mararaba, I should be taken to Mararaba, and destinations that can’t be reached shouldn’t appear on the app. I appreciate that many of your captains are professional, my recent bus broke down because of bad service, Kindly improve vehicle maintenance.
