Giustizia Insieme proposes the ambitious project of creating a permanent platform dedicated to the confrontation between magistrates, lawyers, legal scholars and civil society. The original objective of the paper magazine: spreading the model of a magistrate who was not self-referential but capable of listening and dealing with society, and which found maximum communicative expression in the "double voice" of the toga compared on the same theme with the non-toga, remains unchanged , despite the change in the graphics and editorial rules.
Giustizia Insieme thus offers itself as an online proscenium where voices differently dressed or in bourgeois dress can find their place of confrontation on legal issues held together by the red thread of justice at the service of society. A round table accessible to all, aimed at contributing to the debate on issues of justice.
A red thread to unravel in terms of aspiration to improve the exercise of the judicial function in the awareness of the multiplicity of direct and indirect effects that each of the decisions of the magistrate, of the lawyer as well as of all the actors in the process, determines in the individual and in the social.
The project, structured in thematic sectors for easy consultation, is thus developed through the enslavement of legal technicalities for the improvement of the quality of jus dicere, through the dissemination of good practices in the confident belief that the methods of care for the user of justice devised by the individual, attentive to due process, can be exported and disseminated. Particular attention in this perspective will be paid to the relevant jurisprudence.
The evolution of our society has changed the new generations and with them the young magistrates, young lawyers and the actors of the trial. Justice is the first to address young people together with the commitment to remember that between being and appearing, the choice must be directed to being with all the related responsibilities because only what "is" affects and alone " which is "is engraved, what appears remains on the screens and finally disorients.
Giustizia Insieme proposes the task of raising awareness of the responsibilities deriving from the power to resolve disputes and reaffirm the right and pride of first degree functions, those which, alone, really affect and mark the path and speed of the response to the question of justice. From this point of view, the goal is to stimulate the aspiration to find together the way for the reasonable duration of the process because the decision "is right" if it is timely.
Justice Together to collaborate in the formation of a model of magistrate who listens, observes and confronts himself in order to effectively affect his jurisprudence and the organization of his office in the path of the legality of our country.
Justice Together to offer a flexible place for confrontation with changes as a legacy for future generations who, like us, will continue to aspire to a judiciary that is not corporate, self-referential and self-contained but is committed to listening to the parties in the process, to study, to seek solutions and to confront each other and then decide, in the silence of the council chamber, without ever looking away from the recipient of his decision.
Power determines great responsibilities and, as it is written in the first presentation of the magazine, "justice is too important an issue for judges alone"; Justice Together, then, so that together we interpret and apply the rules and use the tools at our disposal to make judicial action prompt and effective.
