Coupler Worker is a workflow automation application. Designed for an employee of a company installed in Coupler Business Web. The Worker application carries the main function of starting, completing and maintaining the order life cycle. - create an order at the request of the client for a specific date or in the near future
- cancel the order if payment has not yet been made (when the status of the order is “pending”)
- start, pause, complete the order
Work with clients
- register a new client in the system to create a service order upon request
- find a registered client in the system by phone number
- see customer list
- go to the profile of the selected client to find out the history of his orders
- contact the customer by phone number. The user of the Coupler Business Web application can set data access settings for employees individually. By default, the system provides access to the phone number only for the user in the “administrator” role. For security reasons, customer contact information is hidden from users in the role of “performer / specialist / master”
Work with a list of cars (for employees of automotive companies)
- take into account the features of the car for transferring the order to the contractor / specialist / master whose qualification is best suited to fulfill the order (for the administrator)
- see all the information entered in the car profile when ordering a service for this car. Prepare the necessary materials and equipment in order to start the execution of the order immediately upon arrival of the client (for the contractor / specialist / master)
