The Aid Service App is available to all beneficiaries (active and beneficiaries) whose aid is being processed by one of the following:
· Aid Office Munich
· Aid Center Erlangen
· District of Schwandorf
· other partner office of the aid service company
The submission via app is formal, completely digital and secure. Our convenient short application saves you time and effort compared to the conventional paper application.
For an initial registration, all you need is a notification of aid or a benefit statement from your aid office and a bank statement with a current aid payment. Activation takes place immediately after registration.
You simply take photos of the invoices and prescriptions using the app. From this, the application creates the application for aid and sends it directly to your aid office.
The use of the Aid Service App is of course free of charge for you.
