Mother's Care (MOCA) is an infant-toddler growth and development monitoring application on an android-based smartphone that provides the function of guiding parents to be able to detect early developmental disorders of infants and toddlers. This application can only be used for infants born at mid-month gestation, ie> 36 weeks. The recommendations used are based on WHO standardization (2005) regarding child growth, and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2013) regarding stimulation, detection, and early intervention of child development.
