PALM Ireland creates and curates resources freely for teachers interested in Physical Education, LTAD and youth sports coaching. Our passion is creating easy to follow games and resources to make PE and Physical Activity more accessible for all. 'Gluaiseacht' is our online magasine which is published quarterly and aims to bridge the gap between research, teaching and coaching. this app also contains 3rd part lesson planners/creators from OPHEA and Active for Life in Canada. These are really just links to their websites but allows the user to create a lesson plan for PE or find a class activity in an instant. We are also very proud of our inclusion section which hopefully makes PE more accessible for all with PE ideas as well as an exercise blast for children with Cerebral Palsy but can be used with the whole class.
