GoMeter by GoGet allows local government agencies to record water meter readings to aid in the water billing process.
The meter readings can be done on your Android device, along with taking additional notes, user photos and can send the completed routes back to the council for the next stage of the billing process.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
