The LEADER is a system of regional youth ministry, but can also be used by local churches.
The cornerstone of the ministry is the apprenticeship program for small groups. We have written four thematic years: "Worship," "Ministry," "Sanctification," and "Communication." In addition to the lessons, the following was developed: a “Silent Time” diary (thematic reading of the Bible for each day), golden verses for memorizing by heart, a prayer diary and workbooks.
