1-Star Review for GoSite: I would give GoSite zero stars if I could. This company is deceitful and constantly in breach of contract. They fail to perform the duties for which they were hired and seem to have no regard for customer service. To make matters worse, they fraudulently renew annual service agreements without authorization. Their team is unreachable – every call goes straight to voicemail or gets disconnected. Despite multiple attempts to resolve issues, no one ever returns my calls.

Do Not Waste Your Money. The whole thing is a joke. The website they made worked for about a week and it's been down ever since. I've been trying to cancel for over 1 months and have dated emails from multiple people telling me it's just an error sorry for the confusion. Then wake up to another charge on my card for a service that I don't want but more importantly does not work! Spend your money on literally anything else.

After receiving an error filled website that the developers weren't fixing. After a scheduling interface that made my calenders more difficult to navigate. After paying a premium price for services I didn't need... I requested to cancel my account. 22 days later, I got charged again. After staying on hold for nearly two hours to cancel, I requested cancelation and a refund of the funds taken erroneously. They finally canceled my account but never issued a refund. Terrible customer service. Sad.
