The City of Mostar application is designed as an application that will enable two-way communication between citizens and city services, as well as being the official source of information for the citizens of Mostar and the HNZ.
One of the extremely useful settings of this mobile application is the possibility of two-way communication between citizens and the Civil Protection of the City of Mostar.
Citizens are offered the opportunity to create reports via text message and as a photo, and they can send that report directly to the Civil Protection Operations Center.
This report may include a report of street damage, a report of damage to a building facade, damage to lighting and similar problems, which are then forwarded to the competent services.
