【Overview】
Since 2004, the Research Center of the University of Physical Education has been verifying exercise prescriptions by "interval walking" for more than 7,300 middle-aged and elderly people nationwide, mainly in Nagano prefecture.

The results of the study demonstrate that training for just six months can improve physical fitness by up to 20%, improve symptoms of lifestyle-related diseases by 20%, and reduce medical expenses by 20%. * 1,2,3
