What is my record? I'm curious, but the 1RM measurement is scary.
With "1rm-recorder", even if you repeat it 12 times, you can record 1RM and move on.
1. Please write down your goal of 3 weights.
2. Write down deadlift, squat, benchpress weight and repetition and check each 1RM.
3. Feel free to reflect any changes you make while exercising. 1reps are immediately reflected in your 1RM :)
