About Gregsbodyfix

The GregsBodyFix app is designed with the every day, real person in mind. There are plenty of programs out there for people who are already in shape. This one begins at the basic level of movements; pushing, pulling, rotating, squatting, and lunging. Difficulty level progresses as the person finishes the prescribed workouts. In each workout, every move is demonstrated for you in a ten second video clip, along with exercise tips for each move. Workouts last approximately 35-50 minutes- get in, get it done, get out. Some basic equipment is needed in order to work out at home such as dumbbells, bands, and a bench (optional). If you go to a gym, you no longer have to wonder what you are going to do that day.
