High-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) after the Tabata principle for quick training success!

The training with the app is part of our "Challenger wanted" - program.
therefore it is fully usable only with activation code, which you get from us. After the six-week program, an unlock code is required again.

This app is your daily training partner and brings you right into shape.
You can perform all the program. No special equipment required.

Highly effective exercises to Tabata principle
• Week 1 and 2: Four exercises, two runs (4 minutes)
• Week 3 and 4: Six exercises, two runs (6 minutes)
• Week 5 and 6: Eight exercises, two runs (8 minutes)
Including explanatory videos that show you what you should pay special attention during training (including variations for beginners and professionals). A practical timer shows you your exact intervals and gives you audible signals during breaks and exercise changes.

42 Tips of the day
Every day you get a valuable tip on how you can create your personal goal in 6 weeks and your weaker self überwindest - full of information for optimal nutrition during the Challenge. Some tips you get with video message - presented by Toni Klein, the "Motivatoni" (sports science, nutrition expert, motivational speaker - known as TV coach and speaker at conferences)

Training diligence comparison
The app automatically calculates your finished practice minutes. The minute that you train additionally (especially in our fitness club), you can manually enter and your training diligently with the compare of the other Challenger (average).

Health Notes
For your Challenger training your body in perfect condition of health should be.
The training is done at your own risk.
In acute or chronic conditions we advise to consult a doctor before starting training - especially with the following complaints:

• after a heart attack or stroke
• Use of a pacemaker, or in heart failure and / or damage, e.g. Arrhythmia
• Inflammation of any kind
• thrombosis
• acute orthopedic (joint) disorders, especially herniated disc
• Osteoporosis (z. B. extreme positions of the spine)
• pregnancy
• uterine prolapse or incontinence
• Diabetes and other metabolic diseases
• Neurological disorders (Epilepise etc.)
• Strong obesity

Go during training not about your boundaries.
You should pause your workout when you feel uncomfortable, an infection (eg influenza virus) or a cold or suffer have a recent injury.
