Quality Poszeck System (QCS) is a mobile application used to manage the quality of the assortment, display, price communication and the execution of marketing campaigns and the use of POSM materials.
Thanks to an extensive interface and flexible functionalities, the application can also be used in production and technological processes where quality and compliance with organizational diagrams are of key importance.
The structure of the quality audit is based on the stages in which the auditor is obliged to answer questions or evaluate selected parameters according to a specific scale. Verification of the answers provided may be supported by the system requirement to include photo documentation, which is automatically added to the assessed stage and can be compared with the model view provided by the system administrator (e.g. correct display on a shop shelf). Surveys, product lists to be verified as well as comments can be added to the audit structure. QCS also allows you to create orders for specific users and verify their implementation.
Data from the performed quality audit are each time saved in the database, which allows viewing the history of all performed audits directly in the application, at a convenient time for the user.
The administrator managing the application has the ability to supervise the orders being carried out, moderate communication between users and generate and aggregate statistics based on the collected data.
