Design your life with GrowMi
The GrowMi app was created during my gap year, using research and readings, to propose a way for people to reflect on their day and to an extent, their lives.
From these findings, you can design your life with best practices for To Do Lists (with Pomodoro Timer), Habit Tracking and Guided Goal Setting which take into account intrinsic motivations, and common missteps along the way.
Allowing for a growth mindset, change the way you think with Guided Journals to disclose emotions for self-awareness by applying these to cognitive distortions and biases- we ask you questions you're too scared to ask.
A unique journalling method through the relaxing imagery of GrowMi webcomics is also introduced because I saw the relaxing effect of beautiful imagery with the manga and animations I grew up with. I admire and am filled with awe at the different forms of art humanity can create of which is uniquely human.
Last but not least, curated activities for general well-being like international breathing practices (The West's Tactical Breathing method, Asia's Qigong and Pranayama) and general physical exercise programmes from easy, intermediate to hard.
