Incident resolution we will be able to search for a previously created incident and it will be possible to resolve it, indicating whether it has been resolved or not, proposed solution, photograph, etc..., then it will allow us to close this incident.
Incident Consultation From this option you can consult all the incidents, both resolved and unresolved, see the entire life of the incident, what happened at the beginning, how it was solved, if it was resolved, in what way, etc...
